• The rendering of a good service based on a competitive price/quality relation.
• Performance control by taking the correct actions to do right at first, leading to efficiency on its actions.
• The accomplishment of client’s requirements, food industry relevant requirements, conformity obligations, legal requirements and other applicable requirements.
• To protect the environment through the identification and control of environmental aspects and impact caused and the implementation of an environmental program, including correct management of solid waste and pollution prevention.
• The safety and tracking of all products throughout the production chain and distribution.
• Promoting a Food Safety Culture.
• Worker’s training and skills development suitable to the area and market evolution, within a healthy and proper work environment.
• The Integrated Management System systematic improvement, as well as the offered services and products.
• The revision of this Policy whenever necessary.
